INKPRINT KP-08 is an electro-pneumatic pad printing machine equipped with electronic control of all its functions, with low maintenance and that does not require specialized personnel.
Like all machines made by Comec Italia, it uses hermetic inkwells with ceramic ring, which guarantee speed and cleanliness in the inking phase, as well as a considerable saving of ink (50%) and a healthier working environment. Measurements: 90mm diameter in 1 and 2 color versions, ideal for direct printing of washing labels on clothing.
In the version dedicated to printing on fabric, the machine mounts special supports, specially designed to ensure that the garments do not slip off during the printing phase; moreover, it can be equipped with a special laser pointer, for a quick centering of the printing area.
The preparation of the machine is quick and easy thanks to the micrometric adjustments and rotations that can be carried out both on the plate plates (mounted on guides) and on the workpiece shelf.
KP-08 is also designed for insertion into automatic production lines and can be equipped with a series of optional devices, such as automatic cleaning of the pads or the Hot Wind 200 hot air jet, developed thanks to many years of experience in Comec Italia in pad printing.
