The EAZY series by Comec Italia identifies the easiest-to-use pad printing machines that do not require special maintenance.
The ideal tool for printing on medium-sized objects is EAZY 130, available in 1 or 2 colors. Compact, versatile, it is an electro-pneumatic pad printing machine, available on request with a pallet. Like all the machines made by Comec Italia, it is produced with high quality materials that guarantee, together with the experience in the design of our engineers, precision and reliability.
It is equipped with an hermetic ink pot with a ceramic ring with a diameter of 130 mm, suitable for a cliché of 150 × 300 mm in the 1-color version; for the 2 colors the measures are 110 mm in diameter of the inkwell with cliché of 120 × 250 mm.
Thanks to the hermetic inkwell, it is possible to save more than 50% of ink compared to old concept open inkwells; the color changes are faster and the working environment healthier: in fact, it prevents the solvents that are part of the ink composition from dispersing in the surrounding area.
The digital front keyboard allows you to vary the ink pick-up and print strokes; moreover, it is possible to adjust the pressure independently on the plate and on the piece to be printed. It is positioned on an orthogonal workpiece table with independent adjustment on all axes, supplied with the machine.
In the version dedicated to printing on fabric, the machine mounts special supports, specially designed to ensure that the garments do not slip off during the printing phase; moreover, it can be equipped with a special laser pointer, for a quick centering of the printing area.
The uses of the EAZY 130 are manifold: small and medium productions, batches of limited dimensions, samples that you want to make in the company. Together with the machine a kit can be supplied to engrave photopolymer clichés independently and quickly (BR35M).
