It is an electro-pneumatic pad printing machine easy to use and which does not require any particular maintenance, available in 1 or 2 colors. The hermetic inkpot optimizes ink consumption, makes color changes faster and the working environment healthier, preventing solvent fumes from dispersing in the air. Measurements: inkwell with a diameter of 90mm and cliché of 100x200mm in the single color version; inkwell diameter 70mm and cliché 80x200mm in the 2-color version. Thinking about the multiple needs of modern companies, Comec Italia has also created a kit that allows you to transform a 2-color machine with 70mm diameter inkwells into a 1-color one with a 90mm inkwell in just a few minutes.
An orthogonal workpiece table with independent adjustment of all axes is mounted on the machine. Upon request it can be equipped with a rotating table for easier loading and unloading of the pieces to be printed, with an automatic mechanism for cleaning the pads and with a hot air device for drying the ink during printing. Not only that, but the KP 05 is also designed to be inserted in automated production lines, according to the client’s needs.
In the version dedicated to printing on fabric, the machine mounts special supports, specially designed to ensure that the garments do not slip off during the printing phase; moreover, it can be equipped with a special laser pointer, for a quick centering of the printing area.
Pneumatic operation guarantees regular printing cycles; through the electronic keyboard with display all the printing parameters can be changed: strokes and ink take-up, independent regulation of the pressure on the plate and on the piece, pauses before ink collection and before printing on the piece.
With the addition of a kit for the rapid engraving of photopolymer clichés, this compact device becomes in all respects a totally autonomous printing system, suitable not only for small productions and samples but also for slightly wider work needs .
